How we handle your data

The plain-language version — written for the students applying, not for lawyers.

What we collect

Your application: project details, team member names, colleges, hometowns, and contact emails. If you reach the Video Round, the video link you share. Your email address is used to sign you in — we never see or store a password.

Why we collect it

To review applications, run the three selection stages, contact you about your application, and — for funded teams — administer the grant and infrastructure. That's it. We don't sell or share your data with advertisers, and we won't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Who sees it

The Adalwin Ignite review team. Your application is never published or shown to other applicants. If your project is selected, anything public (like a showcase page) is agreed with you first.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the program, plus your reapplication history — teams that come back stronger is a thing we genuinely like to see, and keeping your earlier application lets us see the progress. Write to us anytime to ask what we hold or to have your data removed.

Questions

Email ignite@adalwin.com — a person reads it. Funded teams receive a fuller, lawyer-reviewed data and privacy section as part of the fellowship agreement, read and signed before any money moves.
